NIPARTSYSTEMSWEBSITES FOR TECHNICAL& MANUFACTURING BUSINESSES
Process

How your site is built and looked after

Every step has a clear input from you and a clear approval point. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

01

Talk us through your business

We go through your business, your services, and the material you already have, and note which facts, proof, and documents the site can use. If the new site replaces an existing one, we also list the pages and files to carry over.

02

Agree the page plan

We propose a page plan built from our standard page types. Building starts only after you approve it.

03

We build a private first version

We build the first version from the approved page plan and your material. It stays private while you review it.

04

Review, change, approve

You check the private version, approve its facts and each language version, and can ask for two consolidated rounds of changes. The site is published only after you explicitly approve publication.

What we need from you

We ask only for what the site needs. Anything you cannot supply or support stays off the site.

  • Answers to the guided intake about your business and services
  • The company facts you want shown, such as locations, service areas, sectors, and the technologies or methods you work with
  • Projects, qualifications, certificates, or partner records you have the right to publish
  • Your existing logo or brand colors, and photos you have the rights to use
  • Documents visitors may download, such as brochures, datasheets, or certificates
  • The language versions you need, up to two
  • If you are replacing a site: the pages and files worth keeping
  • Your approval of the page plan, the facts and claims, and publication

After your site is live

Publication does not end the service. While it is active, we keep looking after the site.

Monthly update request

Once a month you can send one consolidated request for a small change to the site content. Unused requests do not carry over.

Monitoring and maintenance

We host the site, monitor it, and take care of routine technical maintenance. This work never uses up your monthly request.

Both languages stay in step

If your site has two language versions, an included content change is made in both, within the same monthly request.

Larger changes

New pages, features, or integrations beyond the approved page plan are scoped and agreed separately.
