PROCESS / 04 STAGES
A clear route to a reviewed private version
Each stage has an explicit input, boundary, and approval point.

Guided intake
We identify applicable Procurement-Ready Company Facts, approved proof, and public technical documents, plus reusable content and assets and an old-to-new URL inventory only when a cutover applies.
02
Approve the Page Plan
We fix those approved items and any cutover mappings in the Plan before production; the customer approves the Plan.
03
Activate production
Once the agreement is accepted, the intake is finished, the required inputs are in, the Plan is approved and the Agency is ready, receipt of the first payment completes Activation.
04
Review before publication
The customer reviews the private version, approves facts and claims, restricted disclosure, documents, and each included language version, and may use two consolidated revision rounds; publication requires separate explicit approval.
